Completely renovated with high-quality designer finishes. Central AC throughout condo. NO RESORT FEE.

Fully-stocked kitchen with all the essentials will make this condo feel like home. Spacious kitchen counter seating for 4 along with a separate dining table that seats 4. There is also outdoor patio seating for 2.

Top notch home with everything you would need!
This property satisfied our needs greatly. There was an abundance of quality kitchen supplies to prepare anything, just like at home. The bathroom and bedrooms had ample complements that made us feel right at home. Thanks for having beach equipment that we didn't have to purchase. The in building parking permit saved us a bunch. The property was perfectly located to restaurants and the Waikiki area. I highly recommend this family accommodating home to people visiting short or long term. The condo was just as listed, clean, modern and comfortable. Everything you need is there weather for the beach or pool. Courtney was very helpful and answered questions promptly. The condo is a short walk to the beach and shopping. When in Oahu I will definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Nice Property
The property itself was immaculate with modern décor. It was comfortable and was located within walking distance to the beach. The host was quick to respond with an issue with the coffee maker which was much appreciated. The only downside was that they gym opened at 7am and the rec area at 9. Overall we loved the condo and our stay.

Fantastic condo.
I can’t say enough good things. Condo was as expected based on the photos. Extremely practical, clean, and nicely renovated. The building is in great shape. Fantastic location. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen for cooking, and you couldn’t ask for a better set-up vacationing with kids. Courtney was a fantastic host. Check in and out was super simple, communication was easy and convenient via text, and she went over and above to do everything she could to make sure we had a great experience. Not intrusive at all, very friendly and professional as well. I’d stay at this place again in a heartbeat.

Loved everything about it!
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect property for our family. So many little details that made our vacation great. The full kitchen was incredible allowing us to cook and eat healthier by not eating out every meal. The property was recently remodeled with new beds, bedding, and linens. One of the best perks was that parking was included. We didn’t have to pay for or look for parking each day. The proximity to the beach was also a definite plus. It took us less than five minutes to walk there. Included with our stay were beach towels, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and chairs with a beach stroller that made it easy to get everything there. We can’t wait to come again!

A lovely place to stay in beautiful Waikiki
The apartment was beautifully decorated and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient to use. The bedroom was very comfortable, and all necessary linens were provided. We had a great view of the pool area and made use of the adjacent grilling area. It definitely earned our 5 star ratings.

Great Rental!
We were in town to visit our son, daughter in law, and new grand daughter. The accommodations were amazing! Parking included was a game changer as others spent time looking around for parking we were able to walk the couple of blocks to the beach. Well equipped and the owners is super responsive to all messages. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We enjoyed our stay in Waikiki! The condo itself is exactly as described. The condo had everything you’d need to prepare meals in if you plan to cook! We did breakfast most days and enjoyed the cuisine of the island for lunches and dinner! The condo also has beach towels and chairs which came in handy! The exterior of the building is a bit dated but this condo has been fully renovated it’s modern and clean! Also the staff at sunset Waikiki building were all very nice and they take good care of the pool area and bbq’s. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Sunset Waikiki
Beautiful one bedroom apartment! Clean and had everything we needed. It had bunk beds along with a kingsize bed in bedroom and also had a sleeper couch in main room. So this space would also work for a family of 4. Courtney was very accessible and was a great host. We were on the 10th floor. Parking was free which is a big savings compared to paid parking in some of the big hotels in the area. It was also a short walk to the beach! Great place!!

New, Clean and Comfortable Oasis in Waikiki
This condo is a gem in the heart of Waikiki. Newly remodelled, the entire vacation rental feels clean, fresh and new, from the beds, furnishings, bathroom and appliances. There were many thoughtful details throughout the condo that made our stay easier and enjoyable. This included bunk beds, hooks to hang towels and bags, a Dyson to vaccuum up sand, an excellent hair dryer, and a shower stocked with amenities. Beach gear such as a boogie board, chairs, umbrella, snorkels and beach towels were also included. We made use of the self serve laundry at the end of the hall and it was never busy so we never had to wait. Our kids enjoyed the pool, we made use of the BBQs, and free parking was a game changer to be able to rent a car for a few days to explore the island. The location is great and we walked all over Waikiki with our children with no issues. Proximity to beach and zoo is excellent. Courtney is responsive, professional, and kind. We loved staying here and would not hesitate to book this or any of Courtney’s units again. Our stay at Courtney’s condo made our trip to Oahu so much more enjoyable and it is truly an oasis in Waikiki.
