From the moment we arrived to the day we checked out we had outstanding service. The hotel staff were fantastic (front desk, housekeeping, pool, spa). The amenities on site were on point for what we needed to have a great vacation. The room was updated, clean and very comfortable. I recommend an ocean view room, the view is amazing. This resort is walking distance from great shopping, cocktails, and restaurants We stayed 9 days and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely stay again.

Great location and we had a beautiful ocean view. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside is the pools are shared between the Sheraton and Royal Hawaiian next door so it’s extremely busy and hard to pool lounges and the pools feel very crowded.

Great property and staff! Would be 5* all the way except the nail salon. Made an appointment for my daughter and myself. Went down to the salon and they worked out a good time with me when my daughter so we could do a pedicure together. When we came back (on time), they told us they did not have time and couldn’t do us both. They couldn’t even do a pedicure, but offered to “at least paint one of our nails”, my daughter, or myself. I was livid! This salon is actually in the Sheraton where we were staying. They had our room number and everything. I guess they could take the appointment they just couldn’t keep the appointment. Lots of salons we could’ve gone to that day if we only knew they would blow us off. Terrible treatment and a huge disappointment!! Zero starts for Sheraton nail salon!!

The only problem that I had in was the customer service, a few people specifically the Pool area so rude, the guy that has fake nails and earrings, so rude. The people from front desk they are nice.

I cannot say enough about this hotel! We traveled all the way from Georgia & it's always hard to tell about a hotel from reviews & online pictures...but it was PERFECT! From check in, housekeeping, valet, concierge, pool staff, to just anyone who worked there, they were the most helpful & friendly of any place I've ever stayed at...all were truly friendly & acted like they wanted to help. If you're wondering about this hotel, book it! It's the best! Location, views, staff, all top notch!

We enjoyed the option of the Infinity Pool and the kids pool (Edge pool?). Loved the convenience to outside restaurants and shopping. The staff (whether housekeeping or check-in/check out were very friendly! My son enjoyed the use of both pools and the pool table. I felt safe, comfortable, and that I made a great decision to stay here.
