Private, scenic, and nestled near the shoreline of Platte Lake, this outdoor lover's retreat has it all! Stepping inside, instantly take notice of the light-filled living room's ample seating and large TV. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen presents a pleasant space to play chef amongst the ample meal prep space and center island.

When mealtime rolls around, dine as a family at the dining table or alfresco on the covered patio. A gas grill is available outside to elevate your cooking. For your complete convenience, be sure to utilize the home's private washer/dryer and partial air-conditioning.

Within 10 miles of your retreat, discover the Cherry Bowl Drive-In Theatre, Empire Bluff Trail, Beulah Public Beach, and the Point Betsie Lighthouse. After a day full of adventure, rest assured that a good night's rest will be found under the plush bedding in each of the bedrooms.

Security camera details: There is a camera front yard, back yard over looking the patio one overlooking the driveway and one in the garage.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
