"The property is clean and the kitchen well stocked. The bed was not great, a little creaky. They should provide shampoo, as this is standard in most places. We had an ongoing issue with check in for months prior to our arrival. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the hotel was spotlessly clean, the view was absolutely amazing, and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You can really feel that they care about their guests. I was truly impressed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year.
