Lakeside Lake Balboa w/2 kayaks

Hi! I am a past super host and have recently begun here in HSV. Thx for viewing!
This spot is new, clean, and peaceful. In this quiet inlet I have seen birds, turtles, ducks,geese,heron ,deer, and of course fish. The views inside are stunning from windows everywhere. Outside, you can enjoy the sunrise and moonlit nights over the lake from your covered and private patio. Also, there are 2 kayaks for you to enjoy the lake up close. HSV is the largest gated community (26,000 acre) in the US. This lake is 900 acres and the only water ski lake. (Watercraft can be rented and arranged thru marina) Inside this well appointed space the decor is transitional in style and all your comforts are covered. There is a comfy queen bed, Kitchen/Dining, full size sofa bed with comfort enhancer, Kitchen/Dining, W/D, Flat screen Smart tv with Netflix and Prime, 2 ceiling fans, black out blinds, beach chairs, beach towels.....
Follow the well lit flagstone path to your door and flat access to lake.
Easy location and arrival.
I live upstairs should you need anything.
There is so much to do and see here. Your time here will be wonderful no matter!

It was a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful lake view almost at the water's edge. Very private We could see ducks swimming, storks flying and squirrels running around. Clean and landlord vas kind and friendly. Strongly recomend.

Serene home away from home
Our stay became home with the comfort inside and out. The beauty of the lake and exterior surroundings was amazing. Perfect getaway rental
If you’re looking to get away for a couple of days and just enjoy the peace and quiet and some beautiful scenery, this is definitely a good spot to check out. It’s very quiet, the owner, Kim, lives upstairs, but we hardly heard or saw her the whole time we were there. She was very easy to communicate with through messages if needed, she even left me a nice card thanking me for my military service when she found out I was a veteran. We would definitely stay here again! Added bonus there’s two kayaks to use and the views are amazing if you row out onto the lake, some snacks are there for a quick pick me up and a bottle of wine for a quiet night in with your boo! One of my favorite things about this particular place was a table in the corner of the living room that was set up with everything you would find at a visitors center. There were all sorts of pamphlets, menus, maps and brochures of things to do locally, it was really helpful. We really had a great time. Thanks , Kim!

I very much enjoyed the quiet peaceful location right on Lake Baboa. The apartment was clean, had everything I needed and Kim was very nice and accommodating. The kayaks were a great bonus as you can literally step right into the water! I would highly recommend this apartment.

An excellent choice for a couple looking to get away for a couple days.
The location of this property was excellent. It’s right on the water, and offers the perfect opportunity to watch a beautiful sunrise, over the lake. Kim is an excellent host and very welcoming, and friendly. My wife and I visited there for her birthday, for a short weekend getaway. We would love to be able to return and spend a few more days.

Perfect for our small family vacation!
This is such a relaxing place to stay and settle into each evening after exploring Hot Springs. Enjoying coffee in the mornings, looking out at the lake while our two children explored was just the perfect fit for our vacation. Kim is one of the most accommodating hosts I have ever rented from. She makes you feel at home!
