  • We have completely renovated this neo-Breton house adjoining our home not overlooked as if to spend our family holidays. First publication of rental at 14 Juliette 2024. In the heart of our beautiful village of Plurien and in a quiet cul-de-sac, you can put down your suitcases with your family and enjoy the beach 1 km away. Very nice safe 15-minute walk to reach the marshes of Sables d'Or. Plurien is located between Cap d'Erquy and Cap Fréhel. A private fenced garden with terrace will allow you to enjoy the outside for a barbecue. A large veranda is also at your disposal if the weather were to turn bad. Market on Friday morning in the street at the end of the cul-de-sac. Supermarket 4 km away. Butcher, bakery, wine shop, pharmacy, takeaway pizza and organic shop within walking distance in the village.
    Parking in front of the house, in the cul-de-sac. Easy turnaround. Lots of games and books available. Television with fibre. Wifi box. Additional services: electric vehicle charging station, SPA relaxation area, sauna, indoor swimming pool at the owners' home.

Comme à la maison

Nous nous sommes très bien sentis dans cette maison pour nos vacances. La maison est au calme, bien située (pas très loin de la plage et d'autres points d'intérêts comme le Cap Fréhel), propre et confortable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Gwen et Céline qui nous ont porté toute leur attention bienveillante lors de notre séjour. Nous espérons revenir, merci pour ces jolies vacances!
