Disliked: Room comfort, communication

Terrible stay, avoid if you can.

They didn’t have my bookings so had to wait for over 3 hours before they made a room available which I then had to pay directly to the hotel and more than the price on Hotels.com. The room was below par and didn’t have a good view nor did I have a good experience. The check-in staff was pretty terrible.
