“The property was well located for the bus to Hotham & bars & shops in Dinner Plain. I recommend signage for the chalet & the parking be made clearer, especially for those arriving at night. Bunk bed mattresses could have been more comfortable. The airing/drying room for ski gear was not ventilated, which was a problem when drying boots & clothes. Otherwise, a good warm space after a day skiing. I would rent again if the drying room was ventilated!”

“Clean rooms and great kitchen facilities. Josie was very good at communicating with guest and that was highly appreciated as we had a hot water issue as the heater was not functioning properly which left us with cold water only. I recommend ensuring this has been resolved before you choose to stay here. Otherwise great.”

“Very warm, cosy and comfortable. Decorated lovely with a nice feel. Great kitchen with lots of different appliances. Location excellent, carpark right next to place and a short walk to the bus and other services.”

“The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location and facilities were great, and I have no complaints about the property itself.Unfortunately, my experience with the host was disappointing. From the beginning, communication felt unfriendly and at times unnecessarily rude. Simple questions about firewood and parking arrangements were answered in a way that made me feel like I was causing an inconvenience rather than being a paying guest.The check-in……

“Great location in Bright with convenient parking. Check-in was smooth and easy even after reception hours, which was perfect after a late day skiing. Friendly staff and great facilities, especially the sauna—perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommended!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Attunga in Falls Creek and highly recommend it. The location is absolutely perfect – truly ski-in, ski-out access that made getting onto the slopes effortless each day. The views over the mountains were stunning and added to the whole alpine experience. What really stood out, though, was the genuinely friendly and welcoming staff. From check-in to dining, every interaction felt warm and personal.”
