This Amazing luxury 1BD, resort-style swimming pool is located on 1616 W Dallas Street with FREE GARAGE PARKING! I’m perfectly situated in the heart of Midtown Houston area. Just minutes from downtown Houston, Minute Maid Park, and other nearby places of interest.  
Our warm and inviting apartment community is set among a beautiful landscaped outdoor pool with a resort style of relaxation and cabanas.  
This 1 BR apartment offers everything you need: fully furnished and have a full kitchen, living room, WIFI (Staylonger365) and 50”TV, a washer and dryer, fitness center, game room with coffee/refreshments in the lobby. Perfect for extended work or personal stays. When you stay with us, you’re staying in a space that we proudly designed, furnish, clean, and maintained. The whole place is yours. You’ll always know what to expect when you book with us.

#### Beware - Scam

This is a scam. I booked this property for a weekend and didn't realize it was not legitimate until a few days beforehand. There was not an e-mail response from owner but the contact number did work. The owner told me she had taken the listing down 3 years ago. VRBO did refund my money but the listing is still on the website. No reviews should have been a red flag to me please heed my advice.
