Houston Vacations from $230

When it comes down to it I wouldn’t stay here again and would not recommend. We had a junior suite that was very nice and spacious, except the shower didn’t work. Staff seemed disorganized and we feel the situation was not handled well. I was never offered any kind of compensation for the inconvenience, and when offered another room the option was quickly revoked. After finding out the shower didn’t work at 8:30am, it wasn’t fixed until 4:00pm. Can’t speak to any amenities as we didn’t use them.

Best hotel in the area. Very spacious and roomy! We felt very secure with our stay being that when we entered and left there was always security on-site. I wish there was more parking spaces. We did have to walk in the rain to the front of the hotel being that all spaces were taken in the garage and outside.

Very disappointing anniversary stay. Parking was advertised as limited, but the alternative parking was also scarce and poorly monitored, with guests taking multiple spaces. Twice we had to park on the street, once paying for parking. We were also not told this was an apartment complex, a significant safety consideration in Memphis. We received only TWO towels for four nights, and every towel smelled sour. After requesting more the night before, we had to rearrange reservations and wait the next day. Management responded that we hadn’t paid enough for a butler. I was requesting clean towels, not luxury service! The additional towels left outside in a plastic box were also sour and unsanitary. We were required to sign an additional third-party contract despite contacting Expedia beforehand and being advised this should not be necessary. We felt we had no choice upon arrival. Other issues included unlocked windows, thick dust on the fan, a bathtub that wouldn’t drain (leaving us standing in dirty water), and a toilet requiring plunging after nearly every use. Between the sanitation, security, maintenance, misleading listing details, and management’s response, this property fell well below reasonable standards. Our anniversary trip was unnecessarily disrupted. I would not recommend staying here.
