"Clean room, and they allowed early check-in"

"The hotel is very clean, there’s a lot of room space and room is also very clean (including bathroom). The hotel is suited right opposite of the cableway so it’s easy to get to. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices including local food and continental breakfast to select from. What I liked the most is the friendly staff, they personalized the stay and welcomed us with night time red bean soup and also warm ginger tea even when we already checked out (it was rainy). "Our butler, Andy, provided exceptional service and he went above and beyond with helping us plan our entire tour of the three scenic sites. He booked all our park/mountain tickets and told us about an incredible western restaurant, before the show he booked for us. The foot massage was fantastic as well at the Spa. Our room had a gorgeous view. "

"Part of the national park (heavens gate) is very close (10 mins in car) other parts are further away but that would be the same for any hotel you stay in, the park is vast and has 5 gates so you would choose a gate then a hotel close to that gate. The staff here are amazing (10 star) so friendly and helpful and communication is not a problem, the hotel is simplistic and a little remote but all we needed was somewhere to sleep as there is too much to see and do, if you want to eat at the end of the day the food is 10 star I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone."

"Hotel location is on the river side and close the street road where taxi drop you off. It has very good amenities and good technology. Clean and comfy room. Staff very nice and polite, next day they ask you if want Chinese breakfast or just bread and coffee. And they cook fresh for you. "

"Great place for the value. Staff and owners are so nice! They do pick up from airport or train station too at any time. They are available anytime to answer any questions. I was out all day exploring so it was a perfect place to just come home and sleep. Very nice people . There’s a 24 hour shop just around the corner if need snacks or water ."
