"I rented this property to meet up with my brother and his wife for just an overnight stay. When we arrived we could not find a place named Sunflower Inn and the one place we did find was called Esperanza Inn and there were already guests staying there. Upon talking to the owner he informed us that his unit somehow got overbooked and there was nowhere for us to stay. We immediately asked for a refund and he assured us we would be fully refunded, We waited the rest of that day to see a refund, but...

Loved the upstairs porch with the rocking chairs and the horses were so pretty to watch. Communication was so easy. Hoping to have another excuse to go to Waco so we can book it again. Thank you!"

"The property is right off the main road so it can be noisy and a late night train can prove worthy of white noise if you need it. You can't beat the location if you are interested in visiting Old Fort Parker and Fort Parker state park to reinforce education with primary sources regarding frontier life, native american and african american history, the great depression, the New Deal... You will appreciate the proximity, hot showers and comfortable beds this place offers its guests. It's remote...

"Our group had a great time at this home just outside Waco, TX. The views are amazing, backing up to a reservoir. We sat on the private boat dock and patio most of the weekend, taking in lovely sunsets and sunrises. The host provided excellent and timely communication before, during and after our stay. Supplies provided in the home were plentiful and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking to get away, take in beautiful scenery, and relaxing."
