The dock area is ideal for swimming and floating because it is protected from boat traffic. Enjoy a mountain view while you sun and lounge on the upper deck. Enjoy exploring the lake as you cruise the shoreline in three complimentary kayaks and two paddle boards. At night spend time on the paver patios overlooking the water where you can enjoy roasting marshmallows over the fire or gazing at the star-filled sky while relaxing in the hot tub. Porches surround the house, one on the front, and two off the back. A Weber gas grill is on the back porch off the kitchen. Inside the home: High speed internet provided. The first floor features a master bedroom with king bed (TV), bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bath with walk in shower. Watch TV as you gather in the family room. An eat in kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. More seating is a few steps away in the family room and on the deck. Upstairs you will find one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and another bedroom with two queen beds. Both bedrooms have large closets. The lower level offers a master bedroom with king bed (TV) and attached bathroom. Entertainment options are available at the lower level as it features ping pong, foosball, and air hockey tables. Corn hole also available. Enjoy lounging in front of the big screen TV to watch your favorite show or movie. There is plenty of parking for your family in the flat U-shaped driveway. Access is available to the neighborhood boat ramp if you want to bring your boat. Boat rentals are available at marinas on the lake. A boat can be secured during your stay to the floating dock.
