“I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the bed was comfortable, great water pressure but the only thing I wasnt happy with was the AC was not working properly.”

“I made a human error and in order to change it it will cost me $200 which is outrageous. I will not ever use your services again EVER!!”

“The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room we were initially checked into had a TV that was not working. The gentleman that was working that evening came right away to try and troubleshoot the issue. When that that proved unsuccessful he kindly upgraded us to a suite for our stay. The rooms were very clean and inviting. The breakfast was really good and always stocked. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Room was clean. Staff is friendly. Walls were kind of thin. You can hear the TV from the room next-door. You can hear door slamming. Soft closed doors would be nice. Fairly new property just opened. I think three months is what the front desk said. Only complaint was the loudness of the doors.”

“Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here……

“My stay was terrible. I think the management has changed, as I’ve stayed there before and everything was fine, but today was awful. The receptionist—Phoenix, I think her name was—was not friendly at all; she charged an extra fee for parking that wasn't mentioned in my reservation. Also, I had booked an "extended" room, but they gave me the smallest one. I went back to tell her that it wasn't an extended room—since I’d stayed in one before—but she insisted it was and claimed there were no other……
