Curtains did not close well because they are so old. WiFi had failures and long latency and the bed sheets been placed in a flip way and placed improper so it moved away. They claimed they upgraded me but the room I got was exposed to train noise. Summarize low maintenance and careless housekeeping and condescending answers when asked for WiFi failures. I stay 60 days a year in hotels and rarely write negative report. This visit was very disappointing.

The property is really nice and the conference facilities are beautiful. The staff was extremely nice. Just the outside pool was closed and the area around the hotel seemed unsafe to walk around. We also thought it would be closer to downtown when we booked. But overall a pleasant stay.

Overall I liked this place, everything was excellent. But don’t expect to have place around to walk or smth, I wasn’t feel safe while walking to the nearest shop/ food court

We stayed in a room that had a pool our bed; you would think they would keep extra sheets in the room for rooms like this, nope. I informed the front desk when I arrived they said they would have extras sent just in case. They never arrived, then went downstairs to remind them again said they would have them sent up soon. Few hours later, nothing so had to go down stairs a second time to remind them. Finally received them after 4 times going up and down to the front desk and went to bed at 12AM because we didn’t have any sheets. Food at the restaurant isn’t worth the $150 we paid for, not only that I received the wrong food. Inform our server but because she spoke a different language not English or Spanish she didn’t understand what I was saying. Was completely over it and ate the food anyways but still disgusting.

The area is ghetto even though the hotel is very nice and clean. There are a bunch of crack heads walking around the outside of the building. I also had an early flight that got in around midnight and I asked if I could do an early checkin and they said yes for $50. I go to check in and the next day my key doesn’t work and I’m informed that I will have to pay for another night because early check in doesn’t start until 8 am. When I explained what happened they didn’t care or try to offer any accommodations and I am now having to go through corporate so that I can get a refund because this was their mistake.

The new and renovated property is wonderful. The restaurant/bar area is lovely. Some downfalls are the inconvenience of trying to get in and out of the parking garage, people leaving cars out front and not being able to get in and out of the facility and the pool areas are still a little run down. Also, the amount of homeless/sketchy activity around the outside of the hotel is of abundance.
