Room was clean and quite, the only thing was that it advertise room with a mountain view and the windows from the outside were dirty so the view was obstructed.

Nothing special about the property. Experience with staff at check in less than expected not friendly at all. Went to bar to see about food as we were not aware we could only get to go food at Starbucks as none of that was posted anywhere. Initially we were ignored and then when we finally got someone’s attention not a smile or greeting. Just told all to go food comes from Starbucks. Went to Starbucks and ordered a scoop & a cookie and a slice of pie. Got to our room had 2 slices of pie. Morning went to Starbucks for coffee & muffin asked if there was a chocolate muffin was told no. Looked in the case and there was one. Told him there is one in your case. His response was oh thought you would have already looked so I assumed there wasn’t one. Not one good experience with your staff. Not interested in Doubletree by Hilton

The property is clearly old, but some areas (lobby) have been updated. There were a lot of homeless and trash around the property fence. The elevators were broken at one point and we had to walk 7 flights of stairs to get to our room. They require you to pay $15 per night for parking which is inconvenient, especially since access to the parking lot was restricted at times due to construction. The front desk staff and manager were very rude. We asked to check out of our room early as our plans had changed. They told us to talk to Expedia to do so, which we did. Expedia was willing to refund our last night as requested, but the hotel would not. They didn't respond to Expedia's email inquiry. When asked about it, the front desk staff was rude and the manager would not come speak with me. Very poor customer service. Definitely better hotels in the area.
