The service was subpar, the person that checked us in stated that my wife and I were looking at her weird which we were looking at her because she was giving a weird look as we checked in. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and we did not have our room cleaned once. We even asked if the hotel could come clean our hotel and stated they would come the next day ( our 3rd day of staying there). I had to take towels off of the hotel cleaning service rack because they did not come give us towels or clean. The house keeping came at 5 pm on our 3rd day of our stay, my wife and I were showering and they tried to barge in. I asked kindly if they could come back later or the next day due to it being inconvenient, the house keeping didn’t know any English. We never received cleaning… when we checked out the man at the desk said you are “all set” did not even ask us how our stay was. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, it’s not worth the money, your time or your peace of mind when traveling. If you are looking for rude customer service and a dirty room then you should stay at sonesta. Please don’t waste your money at this establishment you will be highly disappointed!!

When I checked in the employee was particularly unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I informed him that I should receive a discount for parking. After checking in I noticed the amount was higher than the quoted reservation. I had to speak to a different employee to find out they had placed a $250 hold on my account on top of the reservation amount. I also found out the previous employee had not added parking to my reservation in spite of me saying we needed it. The elevators were small, The hallways were in need of new carpeting, and felt outdated. Our bathtub was clogged with hair that wasn’t ours since none of us had bathed at that point we ended up needing someone to drain the tub, unclog it that evening, then return the following morning to make sure the fix worked. The WiFi did not work very well, the breakfast was overpriced. The “rooftop” pool was not what was advertised. The price we paid was for location and that’s about it. At check out I ran into the same employee who checked us in and he had the same annoyed attitude as before. Will not be coming back!

The elevators were annoyingly slow. For having 4, it felt like the wait was too long each and every time. Also, $47/night for parking was painful. But the lobby and the rooms were beautiful. Clean room, which we really appreciate.

The location of the hotel is great. The hotel itself however, is in need of major repairs. The tub in our room didn’t drain, and had cracks in the wall, etc. Staff was nice enough but not overly friendly. The elevators are brutally slow - we took the stairs most days.

My experience with this hotel has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff couldn't even be bothered to make eye contact, let alone offer a simple smile during check-in. Despite repeatedly asking about the pool hours—our main reason for booking here—they conveniently omitted that the rooftop pool would be closed for our entire stay. Imagine our dismay when we arrived dressed for a relaxing swim, only to find the pool doors locked. Back in our room, things didn't improve. We endured two hours of relentless drilling noise from the next room, making relaxation impossible. On top of that, the room was poorly cleaned, with noticeable stains on the windows and mirrors. Adding insult to injury, I had an unexpected incidental charge on my credit card the day after checking out. Despite my efforts to get a receipt and clarification, contacting the finance department has been frustratingly difficult. Calls were either ignored or abruptly ended until I tried from a different number, which they promptly answered. Given my background in customer service, especially in the hospitality industry, these lapses in basic service are particularly disappointing. I cannot recommend staying at this hotel at all.
