“The communication was very good and timely from the outset. Both Debbie and Louise provided detailed information/instructions about the property. I was given an upgrade which made the stay even more pleasant! I wanted more light and was moved to a larger apartment on the top floor. As the weather has been hotter this meant that the priority was much warmer. There was a balcony to relax on and they provided fans. “First time I've ever stayed in a private room with shared bathroom and it was grand.
The weird thing is that there were no towels provided and no tv in the room, kitchen utensils weren't that clean but I brought my own so not an issue. The bed was above average for comfort and very clean. Parking is a nightmare and up a very steep hill, keep this in mind. Probably the most basic stay I've ever had but not bad at all, you get what you pay for.

“It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. "Hotel is quite new in comparison with other International brand hotels in that area. Comfortable bed, room nice and clean. Within walking distance to CBD and tourist area.
However, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night around 1:30am and we learned the next day that it’s a fire drill. That’s totally ridiculous to me. I’ve travelled around the world in the past 50 yrs and never came across any hotel like this. The fire alarm woke all hotel guests without prior notice nor explanation on site. Guests including myself needed to run around to check out what’s happening. Hope they never ever do this again. We’re extremely tired after a whole day’s travelling and desperately needed a good night’s sleep.
