This hotel is more like a motel. The rooms have a strange smell but I guess you get what you pay for. I was waiting at the front desk to check in for 10 minutes and I saw and heard other employees in the back talking and ignoring me. One even looked me in the eyes and kept talking. Overall terrible place to stay and definitely not worth your money.

I spent 3 comfortable nights at Comfort Inn, it was clean inside my room. I was a bit weary of the dingy, spots in the hallway carpet. The breakfast needs improvement for a little more variety. The staff was friendly and attentive to my requests. Overall, I would recommend and stay again.

I went by the reviews of this property to determine if this was the hotel I wanted to go with. They were all pretty recent and consistent and we really just needed someone to sleep for the night! We were expecting a decent room, but this was just unfavorable. It is very run down and in need of renovations. It looks like the hotel is going to fall apart from the elevators, to the hallways and to the rooms. The room was grimy and felt unclean. The carpet was very old and dirty. The couch in the room had a huge red stain on it and we were hoping it wasn’t blood. The night was definitely uncomfortable and we slept with and on blankets we had brought from home to avoid having to get under the covers. There was also a large hole around the base of the shower where it sticks out the wall and I was afraid something might climb out while I showered. I wouldn’t stay here again. The young man who worked that afternoon was very kind and attentive and made the stay worth it!!

Bathtub faucet dripped, not a problem for us but notified the desk upon checkout. The only complaint I have is breakfast not starting until 7:00, I think 6:00 would be much better. At least it would have been for us. Staff was great and the room was comfortable.

Property seems to need some renovation. There were a few items in the bathroom that showed signs of wear. The exhaust fan didn't appear to be working either. The hallway carpet needed a new look

The property was within walking distance to a shopping mall and plenty of choices for food

Overall neat and comfortable, friendly staff. The bathrooms could use an overhaul—a bit grimy. Breakfast was picked over halfway through the morning and nothing was being restocked, so that could’ve been better.

This hotel is OLD. Everything was broken! The beds were absolute horrible. The night stand was broken. The door to the room was broken. The bathroom door was broken. The bathroom sink was broken. The toilet ran all night. The walls in the pool area were broken. This is the hotel that time forgot. If you want a good nights sleep in a nice hotel DO NOT come to this hotel. We went down for breakfast an hour and a half before it was over and there was NO food. The internet is horrible too.

Did not like that we could hear every noise in the neighbouring rooms, hallways and outside ! There were several people talking loudly and in the halls at 12:45 am and another person that had either their phone texts and email alerts turned up very loud or it was an alarm of some sorts - regardless we could very clearly hear them and they woke us up on 3 occasions !!The breakfast was a complete disaster !! The breakfast was to run between 6am to 9 am - we arrived for breakfast at 7:45 am and there was no coffee, no muffins, bagels no plates etc. Waited for approx 15-20 minutes and nothing was corrected for the breakfast - I think the lady at the front desk was also tasked with looking after the breakfast buffet which certainly wasn't fair to her - however it was a completely unsatisfactory breakfast

This hotel is obviously older but seems ok. However the bathroom door won’t latch and everything is pretty dated. Also, we booked this hotel primarily for the pool for my son. Which was under construction while we were here. I called 3 times in the few days before we came to make sure it would be open and they told me it would be every time I called. We were able to access the pool for about 20 minutes before they kicked us out to work on the ceiling. Also the pool heater was broken and the water was ice cold. So cold it hurt and you couldn’t get used to it. The breakfast was pitiful. Stale bread and only those premade egg rounds. No other protein at all. At least the waffle was ok. I wish I had paid the extra money to stay at a different hotel. I will never be back. I stayed at this same brand in another city and had a great experience. I’m extremely disappointed and feel cheated. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. At least the checkin guy was very friendly.

The hotel needs major updates, especially bathroom. Get rid of the carpets. My room smelled of smoke and mildew. And it was a non-smoking room. The breakfast can be better prepared. The people above me kept me up all night will the stomping. I cut my stay short. Its in a great area for shopping and eating. But still wasnt worth the uncomfortable hard bed, and smelly room

Staff was wonderful, breakfast was non existent a the food trucks were delayed due to a storm the previous week (seems like they could have run to Sam’s for sweet rolls and fruit) and the bed was so firm I slept on the couch

I reserved a king bed and got a room with two doubles because of a “maintenance emergency”. There were several broken or poorly repaired things around the building.
As for the breakfast, the food they had was good, but don’t expect many choices. No juice in the machine, no jelly for the biscuits.
I would stay there again, but know the money went into the reception area.

Had to check three rooms to find a room good enough to sleep in finally on 3rd floor. Breakfast at 815 am was gone and wouldn't bring out more. Used towels for 2 days couldn't get no one to answer phone at desk. Went down and no one there. Food next morning was bad sat there was hard and nasty. Won't stay there again.

I booked a room with two beds in it and was given a room with a king bed and couch. We had three people in our party. I had to ask for sheets and a blanket. I can only hope they were clean. Also, there weren’t enough towels, so I had to make another trip to the front desk. The sheets on the bed had stains on them. It just wasn’t a good experience.

Don’t go here for the pool
Very disappointing. We stayed here for a quick fall break trip and booked this particular hotel because it had a pool and was a good location for the activities we wanted to do. I called ahead to confirm the pool was open before booking. The man on the phone said it was, so I booked! We weren’t expecting to walk into the Ritz Carlton by any means but it was apparent that there hasn’t been much updating done in a long time. Imagine my shock when the woman checking us in says “the pool ain’t working, so you know.” Then follows it up with the Wi-Fi is in and out. We aren’t visiting the area for the hotel alone but after we hyped our three young kids up about how we could take a swim in the evening only to have to tell them we couldn’t, we were disappointed. The room had a no smoking sign but it was apparent that people had been smoking either in the hallway or possibly in our room. The continental breakfast was ok but the man working the front desk the next day really needs to lighten up. He was not very friendly at all.
