Room had a soaking wet floor and the screen was all ripped up. Overall not the cleanest and the sheets had giant holes. Area was great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel under some sort of renovation/Construction. No mention that Pool was not open on page when I booked. A/C not working very well in room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Room served its purpose of a place for my family to stay for a couple nights.

When I checked in there were no towels in the room. I had to ask the cleaning lady in the hall. After I stepped out someone came into my room, urinated in the toilet, left urine stains on the rim of the bowl, and then left the toilet seat up. I spoke to the staff about this, he said he would speak with management. He apologized, I should have been given my points and then some.

I will never consider booking a Comfort Suites property again. There were no rooms available when I arrived and I was given no timetable for when rooms would be available. Also, my card was charged before I arrived even though I selected to pay when I checked in at the hotel, so I was charged for a room that I was never given.

Dirty shower, sticky floor in room, hallway floors hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Plug drain in sink was stuck down. Breakfast was very minimal, including no plastic knives. Would not stay there again.

This hotel is more like a motel. The rooms have a strange smell but I guess you get what you pay for. I was waiting at the front desk to check in for 10 minutes and I saw and heard other employees in the back talking and ignoring me. One even looked me in the eyes and kept talking. Overall terrible place to stay and definitely not worth your money.

I spent 3 comfortable nights at Comfort Inn, it was clean inside my room. I was a bit weary of the dingy, spots in the hallway carpet. The breakfast needs improvement for a little more variety. The staff was friendly and attentive to my requests. Overall, I would recommend and stay again. Thank You

At least we got to swim indoors
It’s difficult to provide a rating because we did not stay at this hotel. The story was that a pipe had burst and flooded our rooms So we were sent to the Quality Inn next door. The 10-year-old in our group was disappointed that the new hotel did not have an indoor pool, so the only nice thing I can say about this hotel is that they kindly allowed the boy to swim in their pool.

I went by the reviews of this property to determine if this was the hotel I wanted to go with. They were all pretty recent and consistent and we really just needed someone to sleep for the night! We were expecting a decent room, but this was just unfavorable. It is very run down and in need of renovations. It looks like the hotel is going to fall apart from the elevators, to the hallways and to the rooms. The room was grimy and felt unclean. The carpet was very old and dirty. The couch in the room had a huge red stain on it and we were hoping it wasn’t blood. The night was definitely uncomfortable and we slept with and on blankets we had brought from home to avoid having to get under the covers. There was also a large hole around the base of the shower where it sticks out the wall and I was afraid something might climb out while I showered. I wouldn’t stay here again. The young man who worked that afternoon was very kind and attentive and made the stay worth it!!

Bathtub faucet dripped, not a problem for us but notified the desk upon checkout. The only complaint I have is breakfast not starting until 7:00, I think 6:00 would be much better. At least it would have been for us. Staff was great and the room was comfortable.

The room and hotel itself was not in the best condition. It looked to be overdue for a renovation. Our couch had stains on it and we depended on it for the kids to sleep on. The workout area was a chair facing the pool. My grandchildren was looking forward to working out as they do on vacations. The pool had stuff in the bottom of it. The "breakfast buffet" was a joke. The second morning had a mixture of what looked like eggs with may be turkey sausage with an extreme amount of water. It was not fit to eat. I would have never fed it to my dog. The only positive thing was the woman that worked at the front desk when we arrived. She was very pleasant. I will not stay here again nor will i ever recommend any one else to stay.
