“Ms. Tina at the front desk was amazing. She went above & beyond to help us. The hotel is still new and it was crowded. My room was clean and it was so big. Only thing I would complain about is the elevator stopped working & not having any side doors to enter if you have to park far away. (Might’ve missed them). Breakfast was pretty nice I just wish they had bacon, grits lol. The pool is so nice the way it’s shaped. This hotel is by the commons, restaurants, and the souvenir shops.”

“First we check in a party of 3 remember that. The blankets was very dirty spots every where we ask for new ones and they brought 1 for 2 beds. The pool was green very green. Shower pressure was horrible water was hot though... breakfast them sausage need more cook time. Then we shower came back from a water activity and they left 2 sets of towels and try to argue it was come check i dont want to take them towels want stay here again thumbs down”
