We contacted the host due to power cords and remotes that were missing when we arrived and that was taken care of immediately. it was very warm in the house during our stay even with the ac set at 71,it stayed about 79/80 degrees. "This was a perfect spot. Close walk to the beach to take in the ocean, sunsets were beautiful and fun for the kids. Heated pool was an added bonus for the cooler days. Plenty of space for four families with kids ranging 14months to 13. Ice cream truck found us pretty quickly so that was a nice perk for the kids. Bike path is close and was nice for morning walks and runs. Would highly recommend staying here. The owners and the property management company were prompt and helpful. Only suggestion...

"In total, we had twelve families stay in four separate houses in Villages of Crystal Beach for the week. Of the four houses, ours was the most up to date and modern from a decor perspective. We had three families in our house, making the three full private bathrooms a perfect fit. The downstairs bedroom is by far the loudest at night, because you can hear every footstep and creek from upstairs. If we could do it again, my wife and I would’ve taken one of the smaller bedrooms upstairs as our own....

"This house is perfect for a family getaway. This house was very clean, cute style, and roomy if you’re traveling with a big group or family. The pool in the backyard was perfect for the kids. The weather in April is so unpredictable so pay the extra money to have it heated. The beach is a short distance if you choose to walk or use golf cart. We were a 10 minute walk from a beach trail and a 10 minute drive from the harbor boardwalk and other beautiful beaches. Super easy check in also!
