“The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. “It’s a great place, you can walk to the beach, clean, it have everything that you need.”

“I would say that the condo is in a great location with a restaurant and convenient store across the street. There was plenty of parking, a great view of the beach, and it was very clean. With that said, when we got their we weren’t given access code to the door, just gate which isn’t terrible but I immediately had to call again because the internet and tv service weren’t running. The hot water heater was broken so you had to take a shower in about 7 minutes and hope no one had to take one behind...
