“This is one of the most quaint places I've stayed at. Building was built in early 1900's but has been refurbished inside with modern features but retains the old craftsman look and feel. Our room was larger than I expected. Bathroom was spacious and modern. The sink was smaller than expected but made sense actually. Extremely quiet. Monterey has very little activity. “The yurt was great. Perfect size for a couple getting away for a long weekend. The bed was very comfortable but it needs a little back board or headboard, so you can prop yourself up. The private hot tub was excellent, an added for a Yurt. The kitchen is small, but well equipped with a full size fridge. We had heavy rains and thunderstorms on and off the whole time we were there, but the rain coming down on the top of the yurt was very soothing and relaxing. Thanks for a great little place...
