A cozy little home in a quiet neighborhood, our family of 3 enjoyed its close proximity to the river walk and the baseball stadium. Very fun!

Very nice small house.
This is a small, square shaped house that had two bedrooms, 1 full bath and kitchen. It has been updated recently with nice appliances. New bathroom fixtures. One small AC window unit in the main living space that kept the house comfortable. Vinyl type flooring with lots of area rugs. The backyard is good size and level, but not fenced front or rear. After dark the neighborhood was quiet. On street or gravel drive for parking. I would stay here again.

Small home in older neighborhood.Clean & quiet. Close to downtown. Be aware that the front step could be difficult if you have mobility issues. Large backyard with tire swing.
