"To start with some positives, the local area is stunning/the local village is lovely. The countryside views are breathtaking. The property itself is very tired/outdated and there were lots of issues that were not straight forward. For example, the Vrbo listing does not mention about having to pay extra for bed sheets / towels but the owner tried to get us to pay for this. We disagreed as it was not mentioned and he waived the linens charge and we bought our own towels. Thank god he did as the...

"We all loved the place very much, the house, the pool and all. A lot of nice places to sit, play a game, or just enjoy the moment. Table tennis, swing a rope... Very nice trees and nature. Close to the nice village of Cavalaire. Nice walk to the beach (beautiful, busy in summer). The only thing we missed a bit was airco in the downstairs bedroom (the weeks it was more than 30 degrees). We can’t wait to come back."
