Unit 3 at Akuli By The Sea has just been fully renovated and is beautifully presented as new. Ideally located just 50 metres from the popular Sedgers Reef Hotel, 100 metres from the Iluka Fisherman’s Co-operative, and only 200 metres to the town centre and Iluka Bowls Club – everything is within easy walking distance.

Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, these thoughtfully arranged units provide everything you need for a stress-free and enjoyable holiday in Iluka. Whether you're here for a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, you’ll find everything you need at your fingertips.

The property offers undercover parking for one vehicle, along with open parking for a second car or a boat. Guests also have exclusive access to a large undercover entertaining and BBQ area, affectionately known as the “Anabac” – the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the coastal lifestyle.

Relax.

Although we struck heateave conditions our stay was very comfortable. The unit is lovely, the position is perfect and surroundings peaceful and relaxing. Just what was needed Love Iluka, love Akuli.
