"Super clean, large open plan and so comfortable to relax in. The location is top notch as you are right in the heart of the square and despite this the apartment is nice and quiet so you wouldn’t even know how busy it was outside. The laundry facilities are a big bonus and the price is extremely great value. Communication with the host was fantastic and any questions were answered promptly in a very friendly manner. "Tired hotel with no curtain in my room and far too hot although the radiator was switched off. The shower head would not hold up and the bed was very soft - ok for some people I know, but not me. There was no breakfast other than coffee and worst of all there is only a small time with any staff. That’s no help if you’re facing a keypad to get in. The telephone number to a sister hotel cuts off if you select the English option and if you take the German option they are not exactly helpful - I am still waiting for a call back that was promised in five minutes! "
