Indian Lake Tours

This is our second visit here. Everything mostly went well, breakfast was great. We did have an issue on the day we arrived. We came and saw a note directing us to our room, which we dropped off our luggage and grabbed our room key but then when we came back that night around 8:00 the main door was locked and we had to call to get the pass code. We never received an email or text with any instructions. I do think communication could have been better. We stayed on the first floor king room. The bed was different from the photos. It was a mattress only on a metal frame (my husband said it felt like a bed from a pull out couch or a large cot). It was a really hard, uneven mattress that creaked whenever you moved. Everything else was what you'd expect from an old Victorian Inn. The bathroom was nice, updated and big. The bed and frame definately needs an up grade.

The only complaint we had with air-conditioner it would not run all night long so when it goes off and on off and on you wake up. The only complaint about cleanliness our floors had quite a bit of sand on floor. barefoot wasn't poosible walking on towels in bathroom. we didn't bring any in.

Our room was clean and service was offered each day. No breakfast available nor are pets allowed. Property could use some upgrades but overall we were satisfied. Staff was very helpful in accommodating my need for 1st floor. Pool was heated and very clean. Hot tub was indeed hot.
