Wonderful stay at a very walkable area to the VA staff was polite knowledgeable and helpful. I had my 2 small dogs with me and the staff welcomed them gladly. Parking is onsite and the restaurant was so yummy. The prices are high to me but that steak was delicious. My room was clean and well stocked with all my coffee needs.

The room was great. This isn't like a normal hotel... it is some suites that are in an office building. Checkin was done at the security office and you have access to the club on floor 20. No complaints at all, a very nice place and great facilities, but if you are expecting a normal hotel with restaurants and people everywhere, this isn't like that.

housekeeping was behind so check-in was an hour late. The lady on the left most terminal was very accommodating and apologetic. The other two desk, attendance, not so much.

Staff was nice, lobby area is fine, but the 7th floor and my room were a little on the rough side. Carpet stains everywhere, lights bulbs that were burned out, ratty curtains with a hole in it and the toilet wasn’t clean.
Probably what really set off the mood was the clouds of weed smoke in the hallway and loud hip hop music coming from one of rooms. Probably the same person who was smoking 10 joints one after another. Just feels like no one cares about what’s going on upstairs at this place. Breakfast buffet is a little better than most.
