We really try to do the best we can to provide a nice place to stay for our guests. Unfortunately, this time we failed. When you let me know about the patio, I immediately got ahold of my cleaners to let them know about the patio and grill. It is inexcusable. They normally do a very good job. The flies are a nuisance that is a very difficult problem at times. As you saw from the fly traps in the trees, we try. They are placed as far away from the sitting area as possible because by design (stinky to attract the flies). I also noticed that your stay was around a time period when it was very humid there. During those times of high humidity, the fly population rises. Again, we are extremely disappointed and apologize. We also appreciate your input and will use it to do better. Thank you."
