Friendly, professional service

Receptionist was not friendly or welcoming when checking in. Long line when checking in with extended wait. Our room was across from the elevators, constant noise from the elevators going up and down. Difficult to sleep with constant noise. Breakfast staff were friendly. Cold room temperature while eating breakfast. Food was great - fresh. The dish cleanup staff were dragging a dirty dishes cart throughout the eating area - parked the cart next to people eating breakfast and bumped cart into several dining chairs throughout the cleanup journey. Managers reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Booked with this hotel because it had airport shuttle. No driver so I had to take a cab. Expense won’t be reimbursed. They advertised drink specials at the bar and then did not have what was needed to make the drink. No WiFi instructions and hotel name on WiFi connection would not let you on. Had to go to front desk to get WiFi. Arrived In evening and no one at counter or bar could recommend a place to eat. When they did suggest it turned out that place was under construction. Had to walk 4 more blocks to find anything. I paid equivalent of 20 dollars for a breakfast to be included. Served until 10:00. I showed up at 9 and was told there were no more breakfast sandwiches however everything else I tried to order was also not available. Asked for cream in my coffee and ended up getting cream with very little coffee. I was allowed one choice and a drink. Both combined didn’t come close to the 20 dollars I paid for the breakfast. I could have paid for it directly and saved 6 dollars. Clock had not been re set for daylight savings change so when I woke and saw time on clock I panicked. Not an ideal way to wake up. TV hung at such a slant that it was hard to watch it, very distracting. Not such a good experience and would not recommend.
