Good location next to the station. Smooth check-in and staff were polite. The hotel has a bath that was nice. Wifi was ok but likely throttled, since it was slow at times. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Although it was a bit far from Sendai Station, it became a truly wonderful memory.
The meal, the beautiful tableware, and the warm hospitality reminded me of the charm of Japanese culture.
The bath was lovely, and my daughter said she would love to visit other Hoshino Resorts too.✨

In general, most accommodations in Japan are well managed. However staff at Hotel Grand Beach shown exceptional problem solving skills and willingness to find alternative solutions for the needs of customers.
Frontdesk staff, Yamazaki H, helped me called delivery service for an odd size item, which other accommodation have told me no can’t do.
End result was I don’t have to carried the item on and off the Shinkansen for next three days of travel.
