The high-quality fitted kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and more are at your disposal. A cozy dining area with four chairs invites you to linger.



The comfortable living room features a flat-screen satellite TV, radio, a sofa, and an armchair. From here, you have direct access to the sunny south-facing terrace, which, together with the adjacent garden, offers relaxing hours outdoors. Terrace furniture including a table is provided.
