Superb. One of the best (if not the best) boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. All the space is exquisitely designed. The food is glorious but it’s the staff what makes it absolutely outstanding. Yes you can stay in so many other different small, boutique, design-forward hotels in CDMX, but know, you’ll be missing out.

Our hotel experience was exceptional. The entire staff was the most professional, professionally trained, and friendly that I’ve had the pleasure of being greeted by. Jose Luis, our concierge knew everything about the area and was able to set up tour tickets for us to all of the attractions we wanted to see. Housekeeping staff did an amazing job every day. The hotel is gorgeous and I wasn’t all of the Granger of the lobby, the rooms and all of the amenities. The hotel location was perfect for us close to restaurants bars, and all the main avenues to get us to all of the places we wanted to go I cannot say enough about our five star stay if you were planning a trip to Mexico treat yourself to this magnificent hotel.

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones en buen estado, me gustó mucho el jacuzzi y la piscina climatizada, el sendero, la cascada, el área para fogata, el restaurante, no me gustó que no hubiera opcion para desayuno a la carta el domingo, unicamente buffet, a veces no todos los comensales tienen tanto apetito seria bueno dieran la opción a elegir, no hay cafetera disponible en la habitación, aunque se puede pedir el servicio de café a la habitación con costo, la habitación es fría pero las cobijas adicionales son muy calientitas, además se puede solicitar encender la chimenea de alcohol o utilizar el calentador eléctrico disponible en la habitación, el personal atento y amable, en general todo muy bien, 100% recomendable, buen lugar para disfrutar, descansar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza.
