They were great at communication before our visit, the front desk person spoke English and was very helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. They provided ear plugs. For street noise or air conditioning? The street noise didn’t bother us. Everything was fine except the air conditioning. It was noisy, did not cool the room very well, the remote was complicated, there was a note that if you selected one of the buttons it would break the system (and we would have to pay for repairs!), and it quit working in the middle of the night (86 F). I texted the property and they didn’t respond but 45 minutes later it started working again. We did not have a restful visit

Highly recommended. Friendly, helpful staff and very clean facilities. Very nice breakfast buffet. Can’t beat for the price!

Excellent apartment. Very clean spacious and comfortable. Well located within 10 min walk from metro and a private parking as well .

Good location for Linate airport with a shuttle bus you can book for free at certain times. Restaurant was ok, grumpy-waiter but he seemed to be doing everything himself. Reception staff really friendly and helpful. No power sockets or USB next to the beds which personally I think should be mandatory these days

L'hôtel était très bien situé pour prendre le transport en commun. Le quartier est bien et sécuritaire. Nous aurions aimé avoir un micro-onde et un frigidaire dans la chambre. Le personnel est très accueillant et gentil !
