“I like supporting "local" when I can. This place is way different than corporate chain-style lodging venues. It has character. Friendly hosts and a nice facility with a "vintage" feel - hey, after all it's part of their name! Although my room was on the small side, it had everything I needed and nothing I didn't - it was clean, nicely decorated in a rustic style that was just plain comfy.
