No minibar or even milk to have with a coffee. Instant coffee sachets were not fit for consumption. No room key or batteries for safe could be provided. Front door had hole at the bottom allowing anything to crawl in which occurred. Food below average and quite often was served lukewarm or cold. Extremely disgusted and disappointed.
