"David was super nice and helpful. We got an upgrade to an apt due to them being full which he gave tu us, as a family, which was just so nice. The bus ride is very easy into San Sebastian and the bus stop is right infront of the hotel. I fully recommend. "

"Très belle chambre, confortable et propre. 2 salles de bain complètes à quelques pas de chaque chambre pour environ 6 chambre. Belles et propres aussi. L'emplacement est fabuleux sur une rue piétonne près de plein de restos et de la mer. Il faut environ 10 minutes pour se rendre au parking payant 27 Euro/jour mais ça vaut le coup. Jonathan est super aidant et gentil Je vous recommande cet endroit à 100% J"

Appreciated the fan as no air con and the clothes rack to dry out swimwear on was handy! Only one lift working so a bit of a wait at times and we did hear a lot of noise from the family above which was a little annoying! "

We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost"
