"Fantastic hotel. Had an initial issue with our room not being available but the amazing guest services team intervened and sorted this for us. Staff all really friendly and attentive. Incredible food with lots of restaurants, room service included in all inclusive was a lovely luxury. Pools were gorgeous and warm. We stayed on the family side in a swim up room which was perfect. I would definitely recommend."
