Great staff, friendly service
This hotel has probably the friendliest staff you can ever have among the 3star category. You can be sure they'll do their best to make you feel at home. The photos are definately from some years ago. We have visited this hotel off season, so there probably were less staff and the restaurant wasnt working. Having said so, the complimentary breakfast was pretty good, the view from them rooftop was magnificent. Laleli is a neighbourhood for mostly trade and business people, but it is also walking distance to the Grand Bazaar. Tram stop is just around the corner. We wanted to change our room after first night, and the staff was really helpful, the manager of the hotel even sent us a complimentary fruit basket. For the amount we paid we got a good room and a decent service. There is a multistorey carpark close by, for around 6 EUR a night. The manager helped us to find the parking.

Отель на реконструкции, на верхних этажах ремонт. В номере нет кондиционера, отопления, чайника, шторы оборваны. Было довольно холодно в конце октября. Кровати удобные, постельное белье и полотенца хорошие. Завтрак нормальный, но на -1 этаже, а не на крыше. В номере чисто, убирают каждый день. Сотрудники отеля всегда готовы помочь, даже нашли обогреватель и чайник, мы путешествовали с детьми.

Фото абсолютно не соответствуют описанию . Гостинца , мягко говоря , уставшая . Для отдыха туристу рассматривать бы не стала. Но персонал хороший , приветливый. Это большой плюс .

В отеле останавливались на 3 ночи. Были праздники и поэтому все магазины в окрестности были закрыты и было достаточно спокойно. Но в рабочие дни этот район тихим не назовешь. Уйма магазинов и швейных фабрик. До трамвайной остановки минут 10 пешком, до Гранд Базара минут 15, до Султанахмет минут 30. Отель достаточно старый. Номера на наш взгляд просторные (по сравнению с другими Стамбульскими отелями). Наш номер был в удовлетворительном состоянии: в туалете сильно воняло канализацией, плитка была в плесени, мебель слегка обветшала, на обоях были пятна. Но номер всегда убирали очень хорошо. Каждый день меняли полотенца и банные принадлежности в том числе и тапочки. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь. Молодой человек на ресепшн немного владеет русским. Мы приехали в отель около 9 утра и нас моментально заселили. Ресторан, где проходят завтраки расположен на террасе откуда открывается замечательный вид. Завтраки особым разнообразием не отличались, было много блюд местной кухни. Разочаровало, что не было фруктов, в остальном все очень даже приемлемо, никто голодным не уходил. На время нашего прибывания людей было много, основной контингент отеля были турки и представители мусульманских стран, но это скорее было связано с празднованием религиозного праздника. Общее впечатление от отеля хорошее. Если вы хотите недорогой отель недалеко от достопримечательностей, то этот отель для вас.

Schade Warmes Wasser um Duschen zu können gab es leider nur spartanisch-am Vormittag gab es gar keines, sodass man am Abend den richtigen Zeitpunkt abwarten musste um in den Genuss eines Duschrituals zukommen. Weiterhin könnte die Hygiene und Sauberkeitstandards einen höheren Stellenwert bekommen, sodass man nicht ständig das Gefühl hat, selbst einmal kräftig Putzfee spielen zu müssen. Grund-wir waren 7 Tage dort u.es wurde ein einziges Mal gestaubsaugt(erst nach Aufforderung), die Haare der Vorgänger waren dennoch überall verteilt u.das WC roch sehr streng nach Urinstein. Weiterhin störend ist die Tatsache, dass in dem Hotel geraucht werden darf-(bsp. im Frühstücksraum in dem sich die Besucher sowie die Angestellten gerne mal eine Kippe genehmigen)auch in unserem Zimmer, welches als ein Nichtraucher-Zimmer verkauft wurde stand ein Aschenbecher parat u. der Geruch war ein ständiger Begleiter, der durch eigens gekaufte Duftsprays versucht wurde zu minimieren. Weiterhin ist es nicht zu empfehlen um 9.15 Frühstücken zu gehen, da das Buffet dann nicht mehr unbedingt aufgefüllt wird-was schade ist wenn man an eine Art Entspannung denkt und die Zeitspanne 7.00-10.00 vorgegeben ist-was an sich reichen würde, wenn es eben noch ausreichende Grundnahrungsmittel wie beispielsweise Brot oder Jogurt geben würde. Alles in Allem-Lage in Ordnung, der Rest erinnert an eine Jugendherberge mit erkrankten Putzpersonal in dem die Zimmerpreise übertrieben sind.
