Service was okay, very inconsistent. Some folks were nice and others were so rude. Valet scratched my car, and didn't take any responsibility. On two occasions I was given the key and told to get the car myself.

Beds are not comfortable. Also there is no noise isolation you can hear you next door neighbor. Parking lot has construction. Hard to park in front of the hotel. You have to pickup your bags upstairs in front of the hotel to get to reception hotel enternace.

The Housekeeping staff needs to be properly trained in cleaning the rooms. As we stayed for 4 nights and the floor of the rooms were not cleaned and even on oneday they missed in cleaning the toilets. The provision for facilities like Dental kits were not provided.
