You would have to call a number listed at the reception desk, I did not have any service yet so I had to talk to someone at the restaurant that’s attached. Unfortunately, most days, the bed was made very quickly and carelessly, and sheets were not even changed. Breakfast was adequate for a 4 star hotel. Pool was very good and had many functions like jacuzzi style and waterfall. Although, there could have more sunloungers to meet the demand. The beach was great with many things to do and fantastic sunloungers. It is included with the hotel room, and is close and easy to reach."
