“This is a good hotel and very clean. The property is in an area where currently there is a lot of construction. Also we were under the impression that the property had a pool included with the price. Maybe I missed the information somehow that the guests have to pay extra in order to use the pool. “The hotel floors were very clean ! They had a strict no smoking policy which we liked because of children and it’s hard to find clean air when smoking is common. But the staff were smoking inside everywhere so there was smoke and a strong smell. The bed was very very uncomfortable and most of all there was no buffet. We added on the half board and paid extra for it for buffet breakfast and dinner but there wasn’t a buffet at anytime. We were given an al la carte menu and still got a bill for……
