Our stay was excellent. They were doing some repairs/updates on the floor in the lobby, but other than that we enjoyed everything. Breakfast was excellent and transportation to and from the airport was a plus.

Nice location. Newly renovated. Under construction with some noise but respectable. Great fresh breakfast daily. Friendly helpful staff.

Great property, comfortable rooms and beds. Only problem was the sound traveling between rooms. Had noisy neighbors and the rooms had poor sound proofing

They are upgrading all of the rooms - I would probably wait until they are finished if you are considering staying there. Rooms are getting pretty dated so it’s good they are upgrading. Breakfast is good with plenty of protein options. Very walkable to town!

Staff was so welcoming and friendly!! Breakfast onsite is so nice. The afternoon cookies and drinks available is such a great touch!! Great location to everything you need whether you walk bike or drive.

Overall everything was very easy to navigate. Location is amazing, very central and easy to get to grand Teton national park. My partner and I had an amazing experience.

Property is being renovated but it was not disclosed until arrival. Breakfast was not available so they offer a $10 discount (to be refunded at some point in the future). Unfortunately, $10 won’t buy a cup of brewed coffee and a muffin in Jackson. People were nice and room was clean. Building is older and you can hear toilets flushing, showers running, mini refrigerator turning on and off.

We were greeted upon our arrival and every time we walked in or out. Jeremy and Sun were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. It is in the perfect location in town. The view is amazing!

Condition of the rooms is quite old and dated for the price. Walls very thin so you can hear noise from other rooms and if in the motel style building do not expect any privacy if you want to open the curtains and windows. Free breakfast and airport shuttle service is convenient.

The hot tub was under construction, as were several rooms and half the lobby. The pool was freezing and wasn’t clean. There was no information about the renovations on the listing or website. Very disappointed for the price.

Wonderful hotel, staff were all great, the included breakfast was great and time saver, the shuttles from and to the airport and to and from Teton Village was one less thing to think about. Location is great being two blocks from town square. Would happily stay there again.

Everything about the property is wonderful! I gave it 4 stars because there wasn’t a hint of a smile or welcome from the gentleman at check-in. Very nice location, though, and definitely recommend.

We loved our stay! Everything was walking distance from the hotel, staff were so nice, very clean, free cookies and breakfast! Parking on site right next to our room, and we had heated floors in our bathroom! About a 22 minute drive to Jackson hole resort! Will definitely stay here again.

This is the best experience I’ve had with a hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing, they helped us find things to do because we were there for about a week and we had no idea what to do. Amazing breakfast every morning with lovely people helping, it was a phenomenal experience. Don’t have one bad thing to say about it.

Delightful stay; loved the hot tub, the shuttle to/from airport and Jackson Hole Ski Resort; breakfast, lobby coffee and cold drinks, and fresh baked cookies in the PM. Beds were good; room spacey with suitable mini-fridge. Hotel is old but not an issue, with the exception of the bathroom vent which was connected to the only light switch and sounded like a jet engine; and the room coffee machine which did not produced coffee that was drinkable. Also an option to the bulky, hard pillows would have been nice.

Very nice rooms. Visited in February. Room was on the second floor with two flights of outside stairs to get to rooms. They were not cleaned of ice the entire stay. I was very worried of falling especially when carrying luggage. Also, I parked under the canopy as one does when checking in and was rudely told that I was in the way by the man driving the shuttle. He said I needed to pull forward. I said I was leaving as soon as I gave the receptionist my plate number. He informed me it was too late, he already parked. ? Very rude. He did not ask others to move their car after I left and they did not pull forward either. He had plenty of room around the canopy to drive and parked just fine. Weird.
