The microwave was dirty. They refrigerator has moved in it. The coffee pot was dirty. The mirrors were splattered. The covers on the beds were both dirty one had a pee ring and the bed smelled like pee. The bathroom also smelled like pee. The swimming pool is full of dirty water with grass growing in it.

Had a normal check in experience, nothing bad or overly great. Got to the room, opened the door and from afar everything looked nice. HOWEVER, THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING! One could only assume our room had been used for filming a porno or someone just had some sort of dirty sex. The sheets on both beds were covered in pink/red lipstick stains; the comforter had cigarette burn holes; and the tub looked dirty as well. But worst of all was the clear handprint on the backboard of the bed as another reminder I was sleeping in a room and bed that sex was had ALL OVER in and then probably was just tidied up and not even cleaned. I paid the $112 because I wanted something more quality than the $65 hotel options nearby even though I am on a budget. I regret it because it would’ve been the same as a rundown roadside hotel. I will not be returning to a red roof inn again. I wish I could get my money back.

After driving 12 hrs, we were looking for a place over the Florida line, with comfortable beds, hot shower and pet friendly…this little motel did not disappoint! The beds were comfortable, showers had great water pressure and never ending hot water. We got a non-smoking room, no foul smells…the main section of the room was clean. The only reason I didn’t give it an excellent review…one bedspread had cigarette burns in it (non-smoking room) and the other had stains…time to retire these bedspreads. And the bathroom floor was dirty, it’s a tiny floor, so no excuse for those little sloppy things.

Good deal for overnight stay.
The outside doesn’t look gorgeous but the area is RIGHT off the highway next to one of the better Waffle House’s I’ve been to and well lit. The room was a good size, decent bathroom, very comfy king bed, nice flat screen tv with Direct TV satellite (lots of channels). Room temperature was easy to control. Very comfortable room. Staff were pleasant and efficient. For a 1-night stay it beats paying an extra $50 for the next least expensive hotel room.

It was fine for quick one night stay
The front desk gal was very pleasant upon arrival. Quick check-in. When I got to my room, my tv had “no connection “ so I called the gal and she came immediately. Pulled away the dresser, and fixed the problem. The place is not up to date, pool looks horrible and is permanently closed. I’m grateful for this motel being here though as it’s the only one in this little area by all these gas stations and fast food joints after 12 hours driving. Slight traffic noise from highway. Breakfast. Nice to have control of heat/air conditioning.

My issue is not with the hotel but with Expedia! I actually checked in at 3:30am on 3DEC while traveling with the military. Therefore, the our system online gave me 3-4DEC instead of 2-3DEC. So I have to pay out of pocket for 2-3DEC at the hotel. Then lost my money with Expedia because it said basically I am trying to cancel the same day but it was already 3 DEC. I would like a refund for 3-4DEC, Recommendations: Allow your customers at least one hour to cancel even for same day purchases. I noticed it as soon as I got the confirmation email but couldn’t do anything about it. So I paid $98 (3-4DEC) with Expedia and paid $112 (2-3DEC) at the hotel on my Govt travel Card. I have to answer for that transaction. Thanks for your help in this matter.
