Awesome 4 bedroom home offers the best of 2 worlds. Located on the outskirts of Costa Rica's biggest beach town, this home is tucked away on top of some hills overlooking the town and ocean but only a few minutes drive to be in the center of the town or on the beach. Private pool, patio, and BBQ for enjoying the unreal views of the town, ocean and mountains. Everything you need at an affordable price

*Please note that this home and the pool is private but there are 3 apartments on the rear of the property that are occupied by other renters.
