駅の近くなので立地条件は良かったし、部屋も悪くはない。シャワーのお湯も出るので良かった。 ただ、モーニングコールを頼んだが、モーニングコールがなかった。目覚まし時計を持っていたので寝坊しなかったが、目覚まし時計がなかったら、大変な事になっていた。ホテルには文句は言いました。

Hotel razoável. Quarto limpo, cama boa, banheiro mediano. Razoável. O ruído perto da estação começa cedo, portanto saiba disso se tem sono leve e pretende acordar cedo. Café da manhã é indiano e bem ruim. Há a indicação de opções ocidentais no menu, como torradas e ovos mexidos, mas é propaganda enganosa. Funcionários da recepção são solícitos, principalmente o senhor Marrish (acho que é assim que se escreve). Os demais funcionários não fazem nenhuma questão de agradar.

Great friendly welcome. Excellent location both for the station and exploring. Ok rooms but could be improved cleanliness. Overall though i would stay again

Great family stay

Great hotel. Area not so good across the road from a very busy railway station. Can be a bit noisy through the night. Rooms are great, clean and spacious. Restaurant at the hotel serves veg only and is highly recommended.

great service and value

We really enjoyed our stay. Great value for the price. No frills at this hotel, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good every day, and the front desk service was very good, helping us get taxis and general traveller help. The area is very busy, right by the Railway station. Not our favorite area of the city to explore, but easy to get around from there.

They are trying to look like an international hotel with a metal detector at the front for show. when it rains water runs down the inside walls. At checkout they tried to charge me for a duvet which became a cheaper sheet and then became no damage at all when I still wanted to see what they were talking about. Overall I would stay again, mainly because the one little attempted scam isn't nearly as bad as the pressure for tips you get elsewhere. It's still disappointing through after they've presented themselves like an international.

The room itself was fine, clean and comfy bed. My room didn't have a shower as such, it had the Indian style bucket and jug to wash with instead. It did the job but anyone wanting a shower beware. Only complaint I and my friends had was when we checked out the staff had up our accounts on here and other booking websites to leave top marks for the place! We refused and said we'd do it when back home.

Helpful and Cheerful Service

On arrival for 11day stay I was given a room with no shower! This was corrected the next morning,but was a bit of a shock. Following this, everything went very well. Comfortable, air conditioned room. The room service was particularly good, nothing too much trouble for Jalendra who serviced my room so well. Reception was a bit disorganised at times - language / communication being a problem. I found the restaurant to be rather poor with limited menu. Breakfast menu in particular was very inadequate. Toast and Jam every morning. I like curry - but not for breakfast! In general I had comfortable stay but was disappointed that there was no liqueur barin the hotel. There is a beer shop next door though!

Unsafe and unclean

Neighborhood is definitely unsafe because my mother was punched in front of the station by a strange man. When we got in the room for the first time, the garbage was still left. Many insects are in a room.

Nice and good budget option

We stayed for 1 night before traintravelling morning after, walkingdistance to trainstation entrance. Everything was good and they where kind enough to pack our breakfast because we where leaving early. Only withdraw the week WiFi signal, but they will upgrade that. And they take pixtures of their guests with their camera.

Ideal para una llegada tarde por la noche en tren

Buscábamos un hotel cerca de la estación de trenes ya que llegamos casi a media noche, a pesar de la caótica zona fuera de la estación fue muy fácil encontrarlo y caminar al hotel, el recepcionista nocturno muy amable, nos ayudo con la tarifas de taxis a la mañana siguiente, con consejos de Jaipur, detallazo que puso mi Canción favorita en el desayuno!

I booked the hotel and reached there at night. Even I showed my pan card and passport. They refused to give me the room. Even they did not refund the money. When I asked to give in writing why they are not giving the room. He started abusing me and called his security to throw out my luggage. Never go to this hotel

Superbly located Hotel,close to Business Centres

Hotel Raya Inn's location helped me to plan my stay effectively,it is Opposite to Railway Station and Bus Depot this gave me an edge to plan my travel in rajasthan effeciently. I had to travel for my work to Delhi,Ajmer,Kota,Bikaner due to the location of hotel I could byepass the city traffic and hit the highway in no time, hence my travelling time got saved. Hotel has a clean Lobby which gives a soothing feeling as soon as one enters the hotel, Rooms are beautiful with good interior and most importantly they are spacious.Staff is friendly and services provided were quick and swift. One thing i would like to quote, unlike the other hotels in the city where i have made my stay in the past,staff was understanding and helpful .
