The rooms director excellent; sorting out an issue that presented itself.The restaurant manager Andrea- wonderful,exactly how a manager should lead and Nana- so helpful and kind The reception staff are always brilliant. Great accommodation in a perfect location for the city. Lovely breakfast next door at Madness cafe. The hotel had very accommodating staff. Early check in of luggage offered and storage on checkout. Room had windows that cancelled noise on the street.
Only complaint toilet seat in room 4 not great
