But a quick call to the front desk and it was cleaned up in no time, along with a sincere apology note. It’s the staff that make this property perfect! It’s the service you pay for and they never let you down! I’ll highlight Wrinchon and Nitin for their ever-ready smiles and genuinely helpful nature. And who doesn’t like a slice of chocolate cake or little snacks as an appreciative gesture LOL! Keep up the great work guys, treat your staff well because they’re truly the cherry on your cake!
